Synopsis:
In what is a rather a typical setting, a battered empire after a major conflict, Pumpkin Scissors tells the story of a difficult reconstruction. Of course, this being a shonen title there are still elements traditional to the format to spice things up, like a mysterious protagonist with a special ability, the occasional inappropriate ecchi comment, and plenty of action. However, unlike most shonen titles, Pumpkin Scissors dives head-first into tackling a subject of war that most war stories, fiction and non-fiction, ignore: the aftermath.
